Hey all, it's been a long time since I posted. I've been super busy with work which includes creating this years Macy's Day Parade poster which I will be documenting online to show my process. Anyway, for all you New Yorkers out there, this is a drawing of the New York Skyline via Bryant Park that I drew a few years ago while on a business trip to the "Big Apple". It was drawn on an old Society of Illustrators pamphlet.

This is a wonderful drawing in itself, but really fabulous for the pamphlet background...it adds such a cool sense of texture and congestion, suggesting more and more buildings beyond. This is great!

COOL! I was in NYC in June and sat in Bryant Park in the dark with the lights on a tall building creating fake moonlight... really neat!
